Downloading Instructions:
-Click the Link / Button to download the OMSA Connect Remote Support exe file
-Note: if you are asked to run/save, click save and save the file to your desktop. (Internet Explorer)
-Go to your Downloads folder
-Double click the OMSA Connect Remote Support exe to run the program
-Once open you’ll see an ID and password
-Give the ID and password to the Support Engineer
